Lash Prep

Please arrive to your lash appointment makeup-free
Dirty lashes = More cleaning time

Clean lashes = More lashing time 

Please avoid drinking caffeine 2 + hours before your appointment. Caffeine makes your eyelids fluttery and very hard to isolate & lash.

Please do not wear contact lenses to your lash appointment. If you do, please bring all proper removal supplies to take them out prior to your appointment.

Please be advised that if you have less than 25% of your lashes at your designated fill time, you will be charged up to a full set (based on artists discretion)

Makeup Prep

Please arrive with a CLEAN makeup free face. If you are hoping for something specific please bring us inspiration photos.

Hair Prep

Please arrive with dry hair as we do not have a blow drier on hand for styling.


We love kids! That being said, due  to insurance reasons, we cannot have your children joining you for your lash appointments.  This ensures the safety of the client, child &  lash technician.  There is no exception to this.

Cancellation / No Show

When you book in with HP, we respect your appointment time and ask that you do the same for us!  We look forward to seeing you in our home studios but understand that life happens sometimes.  Please be advised of our cancellation policies prior to booking!

  • You may cancel your service at any time prior to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment with no penalty.  Should you need to cancel with less than 48 hours leading up to your scheduled appointment, you will be required to pay 50% of the service fee that was booked.  A cancellation received with less than four hours prior to your appointment will be subject to 100% of the service fee being due.
  • All ‘No call - No Shows’ (meaning, you didn’t contact us to let them know you would not be showing up to your appointment) are subject to 100% of the service fee being due.
  • We do not run late into anyone else’s appointments and we do not rush our work for any reason. Anyone 15 minutes or more late for their appointment, will be asked to re-schedule their appointment. The client will be responsible for paying the ‘No-Show’ fee in this instance.
  • Should you choose not to pay your cancellation or no-show fee, your profile will be frozen, you will not be able to re-schedule your appointment, and any future appointments that you have with HP will be considered cancelled until payment has been received in full.
